Martha Weaver, Chair of the PR Committee, is a Board Member of the Rotary Club of Malone. She has a background in public administration, and community and economic development. Martha has managed local and regional marketing campaigns, as well as managed projects for local nonprofit organizations. She says: “The HOF at the Montréal 2010 convention was eye-opening. Until then I was a pretty unengaged Rotarian. Here were people who were passionate about helping their communities, both at home and those half-way around the world. If I as a Rotarian did not know about Rotary, imagine what non-Rotarians don’t know.”
